I find it much more instructive to watch the speeches with the real crowd rather than in the press seciton. My seat for the Michelle Obama speech was way up in the rafters but thanks to all the jumbotrons, it was still quite powerful. Her themes: We have traditional family values, Traditional American values. We grateful, not aggrieved.
