This is not something you will typically see on this blog.  I’m more interested in posting about my stated topics of traditional family values and stories of heroism, but I found this video so refreshing, I just had to post it.

Don’t get me wrong…I’m very involved in and concerned about what is going on in this country; I just don’t plan to use this particular platform to hammer home my political views.

That being said, it’s not often you hear a presidential hopeful be frank in speaking about his faith and how it impacts everything he does.  We all know that politicians love to throw around their church affiliation, but I’m afraid that most of the time what they say and where they say it is dictated by whatever group is being addressed at the time.

When I came across this video, I wanted to share it with all of you who are taking the time to read this blog.  I’m not endorsing anyone–I don’t know enough about any of the candidates to do that yet and probably wouldn’t do it here anyway, but I love the fact that Governor Pawlenty and his wife are so transparent in this video.
