It is well known that crystals can bring powerful energy for healing and transformation to your life.  I have been wearing crystals for many years and what I find is the universe directs me to the stone or crystal I need to wear depending on what is going on in my life. For example, one day I was holding on to some resentments which you know is never a good thing to do in recovery from whatever addiction you are recovering from.  I found myself putting on rose quartz that day,  which is  is an excellent heart-healing gemstone. It is a natural
remedy that can be used for treating any issue that needs emotional
healing.

Rose quartz is a pink-colored crystal that carries a very
gentle and soothing energy and gives comfort to anyone whose heart has
been wounded and provides the healing powers of forgiveness.

Because of my belief in healing crystals I decided to take my passion for crystals to designing a bracelet for recovery from any addiction.  I call my bracelets “Power of Intention” bracelets and each bracelet is hand crafted and uniquely represents the 7 steps based on my book “The Law of Sobriety: Attracting Positive Energy for a Powerful Recovery”.  I figured if my books are helping people, why not provide my audience with jewelry that can enhance their recovery and help them attract powerful and purposeful energy from the universe.

Each bracelet contains a copper inscription of each step including Purpose, Values, Truth, Forgiveness, Action, Mindful, and Letting Go.  The stones on each bracelet include:
Amethyst
The stone of spirituality that brings calmness,clarity, contentment, peace, stability, serenity, forgiveness, and tolerance.
Aquamarine
The stone of courage and serenity.  Soothes fears, anxiety, depression and fosters confidence, purpose, serenity, peace, cleansing, communication, and self-awareness.
Citirine
The stone of success.  This crystal fosters self confidence, personal power, self-discipline, prosperity, creativity, strength, energy, mental and emotional clarity.
Onyx
The stone of self master or self-control fostering grounding, strength, constancy, courage,  letting go and repels negative energy.
Peridot
The stone of emotional healing and a money stone.  Fosters emotional balance, heals damaged egos, helps you move past the hurt and understand your relationships.  Fosters happiness, relieves anxiety, depression, and promotes sleep.
Quartz Crystal.
 This is the most powerful energizer and amplifier and fosters healing and self esteem, boosts emotional energy and empowerment.
Mother of Pearl
Attracts prosperity, protects against negativism, grounding and increases intuition and stimulates creativity.

I took the leap of faith in designing these bracelets, as I have done in most things in my life.  When I have a calling from the universe, I make a decision there is no going back.  This is true when I became a therapist, when I decided I was going to be on Celebrity Rehab, when I decided to write my book “The Law of Sobriety,” when I created my audio, teleseminar, and now my labor of love; my Power of Intention bracelet.
