We just survived a road trip.  We are on the road a LOT.  Actually, we are looking for a new vehicle to accomodate this obsession.  If it were up to my preference, we would not travel so much.  It make you road weary.  It causes you bum to hurt.  The kids just want to be out playing.  Inevitably something gets spilled.

But there is a pay off.  This is reason we will continue these treks.

Friends and family.

The further I get down the road of life, I realize how important my friendship are to me.

It is too easy to get self-absorbed in your own thing.  It is too easy to box yourself in and not cheer on the accomplishment and milestones others are crossing.

So here’s the plan, get involved in someone else’s life, for their sake, but mostly for yours.
