I’m Karim Hajee and I’ve been helping people all over the world manifest and create the life they want through my articles and programs for more than 20-years.

So while I’m new to Beliefnet, I’m not new to writing and inspiring people just like you to live a happier, more successful and rewarding life.

Here on Beliefnet I’ll be writing exclusive material to help you think, believe and manifest all that you want in life.

I’ll do this by giving you tips and exercises you can work with in every article I post here. And I’ll also help you achieve your goals and enjoy the success you want by working with your thoughts and beliefs so you manifest the changes you want. Once you have your thoughts and beliefs aligned with what you want, you’ll begin manifesting and achieving your goals a lot sooner.

If you’re familiar with topics like the Subconscious Mind, the Law of Attraction, the Universe and your Higher Power then you’re going to find my articles very easy to understand and follow. If you’re not, that’s okay I’ll give you a brief background when I mention these topics.

Let’s start by clearing up what I feel are some misconceptions when it comes to manifesting. These are simple misunderstandings and they’ve usually been developed because some people try to convince that there’s a quick and easy way to manifest.

Sure sometimes things can come into your life and changes can happen very quickly, almost instantly. But those situations are quite rare. I prefer to encourage you to work on making changes and expecting those changes to take place over a period of time – let’s say a month, 2 months, 3 months and maybe more.

Usually when you’re working with the Universe, your higher power and God it takes time to manifest, attract and get what you want. There are a lot of variables that will impact how long it will take for you to manifest or create the kind of life you want. I’ll explain what impacts your ability or inability to manifest the changes you want in the articles I post.

The question I often get asked is: “What’s the most important thing I can do to manifest a better life?”

The answer is pretty simple: Be happy.

When it comes to manifesting you want to have a positive and high vibration.

Happiness raises your vibration to the highest level.

Sadness or unhappiness lowers your vibration.

A high vibration draws positive energy and positive events into your life

A low vibration draws negative energy and negative events into your life.

So aim to be happy and this is where your thoughts and beliefs come into play.

To feel and be happy you have to get rid of the negative thoughts and the negative beliefs associated with those negative thoughts.

So the next time you’re feeling down or not so happy, change your thoughts.

You can change them to something positive, or think of a happier time in your life. Or you can simply look around you and find something that is pleasant. I like looking around at nature and just appreciating the wonders that we’ve been blessed with. It could be the sunshine, the trees, the grass, the leaves, the clouds, the sky or anything that you feel is worth appreciating.

Throughout the day and everyday you should work on raising your vibration or creating positive energy by being happy and appreciating what you have.

This means tracking and changing your thoughts. Then changing the associated beliefs. It’s a work in progress so don’t try to make permanent changes overnight, you’ll only get frustrated.

At first your mind will put up resistance and fight back. It will want to go back to the negative thoughts which get you down and make you feel unhappy.

That’s okay. Just gently switch your thoughts to something positive or think of something that allows you to feel happy.

If you like, keep a notepad and pen handy so you can monitor what thoughts get you down and what thoughts make you feel better. Then you can refer to the thoughts that simply make you feel better and keep thinking those thoughts.

Remember, create positive energy and raise your vibrations by being happy. Try it for a week and let me know how different you feel and some of the changes you experience.
