If you want to be happy, be happy.

It’s really that simple.

Happiness is inside you so let it out and push yourself to be happy.

That means getting rid of all the negative thoughts and negative energy.
As soon as you do that, you’ll be able to be happy no matter what happens.

I know that’s easier said than done especially with all the daily stresses that shape your thoughts and feelings. You might think it’s hard to be happy.

Or you might be saying something like:
“When I have more money I’ll be happy”
“When I get healthier I’ll be happy”
“When I meet the right person I’ll be happy”
“When I get a job I’ll be happy”
“When I …… I’ll be happy”

All of which prevent you from being happy right now.

Most of us have been conditioned to make our happiness dependent on something external, something happening or achieving something.

When you finally get what you think will make you happy, you realize you’re still not happy.

So you go after something else.
And you keep going, chasing after something you swear will make you happy.

But it doesn’t. And nothing external will ever make you happy.

Happiness is a state of mind and a state of being.

If you want to be happy, then be happy.

Sure that’s easier said than done.

And if you’re not happy then your unhappiness is simply a result of your mind being full of negative thoughts and negative beliefs that prevent you from being happy.

How can you be happy if you’ve got a mind full of negative thoughts and a subconscious mind full of negative beliefs?

You can’t.
You simply can’t be happy if you’re constantly negative or thinking about all that’s wrong with your life.

And you’ll never be happy until you get rid of those negative thoughts and negative beliefs that prevent you from just enjoying life.

Those negative thoughts and negative beliefs create a lot of negative energy and eventually force you to look outside for happiness.
So you chase after goal after goal, objective after objective and small things upset you or “make you unhappy.”

Change your thoughts, focus on the positive, appreciate all that’s around you and just be happy and see how you feel.

As you remove the negative thoughts, you’ll get rid of the negative beliefs and you’ll begin to be happy.

You see even a thought or belief that says:
“I’ll be happy when….”  is a negative thought and belief. It makes your happiness dependent on something external. So you need to change it and be
happy now.

Now you can get rid of those negative thoughts and negative beliefs that prevent you from being happy.

Choose to be happy. Don’t let negative thinking and negative beliefs block your happiness. You can be happy now and everyday – you just have to choose
to be happy. And that happiness begins when you get rid of the negative thoughts, the negative beliefs and the negative energy – start today.

Just change your thoughts and beliefs.
Create happy thoughts and focus on the bright side.
Think of all that is going well.
Take control of your thoughts and don’t let the negative thinking get you down.

Be positive and you’ll be a lot happier.
