Manifesting, attracting, achieving your goals or getting what you really want begins in your mind with your thoughts.

Your thoughts are magical. They have tremendous power.

They can create a wonderful life, bring you more wealth, more confidence, more success, better relationships – just about anything you want. That’s the power of your thoughts.

However your thoughts can also make your life miserable, lead to financial hardship, create more struggle, more pain, more hardships, and force you into poor relationships, the kind that just don’t work or leave you unhappy and unfulfilled.

It all depends on whether your thoughts are positive or negative.

Positive thoughts lead to a positive life, they bring you more success; more wealth, more happiness, and you’ll manifest what you want when you have the right thoughts planted on your subconscious mind.

Negative thoughts create a negative life.
They bring more pain, more struggles, more challenges, more difficulty and more financial hardship.

Your thoughts end up becoming beliefs, and your subconscious mind picks up on your beliefs. It sees them as instructions. Your subconscious simply creates your life based on what you think and believe.

The good news is that you’re in charge of what you think. You can control your thoughts. You can choose to have positive or negative thoughts.
You can choose to have positive or negative beliefs.

This gives you the power to manifest and create the life you want.

If you’re not getting what you want in life then you’ve got the wrong thoughts running through your head and you’ve got the wrong beliefs planted on your subconscious mind.

You need to take charge of your thoughts so that you give your subconscious new instructions so that your subconscious brings you what you want, not what you don’t want.

How to Get Rid Of Negative Thoughts

Starting today begin tracking your thoughts and pay attention to what you’re thinking about. When you have a negative thought, get rid of it, replace it and create new thoughts and new beliefs.

As you do that you’ll give your subconscious new instructions and you’ll begin attracting and manifesting situations that reflect your new thoughts and new beliefs.

For example: if you have a belief that it’s hard to get a good job then your subconscious mind will just make it harder and harder for you to get a job.
As it gets harder to find a job, you then have thoughts which say: “It’s hard to get a job” these kinds of negative thoughts continue to support your negative beliefs.

You keep thinking it’s hard to find a job, you continue to believe that it’s hard to find a job and so it keeps getting harder and harder to get a job.

You don’t realize it but you’re creating a viscous cycle of negativity that keeps creating what you don’t want.

You need to change the thought that says it’s hard to get a job and support it with positive thoughts that allow you to get the job you want.

If you think it’s hard to make money, you’ll eventually believe it’s hard to make money. As you continue thinking and believing that it’s hard to make money, you’ll find it harder and harder to make more money.

Clearly that’s not what you want, but it’s what you’re creating and manifesting. So change the thoughts that don’t allow you to achieve the result you want. Then you’ll naturally change your beliefs and you’ll begin creating and manifesting the kind of life you want.

Your life will only get harder and harder if you continue to hold on to your negative, thoughts, negative beliefs and negative perceptions.

So if you’re not getting what you want, then you’ve got too many negative thoughts, and too many negative beliefs. These are all destroying your life.

But you can change things.

You’re in charge of your thoughts.
You get to choose which thoughts you want and which thoughts you don’t want.
Since you’re in charge of your thoughts, you’re also in charge of your beliefs.
You can change your thoughts and in the process, change your beliefs.

Once you change your beliefs you’ll direct your subconscious to bring you what you want. Plus, you’ll also put an end to the struggle and misery because your subconscious will stop creating what you don’t want.

Your subconscious is your powerful partner.
It just follows your instructions.
Those instructions are your thoughts and beliefs.
Give it the right instructions and you’ll get what you want sooner.

Friends, family, colleagues, even strangers may feed you negative thoughts.
Don’t accept them.
Don’t believe them.

If you do, you’ll only fail.

So keep the negative thoughts out.
Believe in yourself and believe in your power.
You can achieve anything you want.

You can and will achieve your goals.
Believe in yourself and believe in your ability.
Keep your thoughts focused on what you want.

Don’t believe those negative thoughts.
Replace them with positive thoughts and positive beliefs.
Then you’ll begin manifesting exactly what you want.
