It’s a brand new year. It’s a perfect time to shift our thinking on things that lead us frustrated or hurting.

It’s a brand new year. It’s time to breathe a little deeper and call for peace in our lives.

What happened in 2015 to cause you frustration? What took away your peace, if even momentarily? This year, shifting your perspective may help bring you lasting peace. Prayer can help shift us in the most amazing ways and sometimes it doesn’t even take forever. Sometimes you might experience a change in a short amount of time.

This week, consider what thoughts or memories need a certain shift. It may not be drastic, just a little shift here and there.
