Sometimes you just need to take a seat and regroup. We are constantly on the go. We don’t seem to stop for very long when we do take a minute to relax.
I try to use the metro rail to get to places. It beats being stuck in traffic and challenging my nerves on some of the busy highways. It’s an opportunity, as well, to see different people.
Next time you are able to take public transportation somewhere, take a minute to breathe and accept the ride. Then take some time to look around. You may find someone who needs prayers just as much as you. Perhaps they will pray for you as you are praying for them.
