Do you feel peaceful right now? Is all right in your world? If it is, make sure to praise God for the peace. Sometimes it can be fleeting. It is important to give thanks in the peaceful times, as well as the challenging times.
What do you do to find interior peace when it seems elusive? Do you meditate? Sometimes it can help to sit in a darkened room, with a candle (or a safer alternative) and simply breathe in and out. I know when anxiety is high, simply breathing can feel just as difficult. But I believe God is with us in those moments of anxiety just as much as when we are completely at peace.
