This animal sure has ambition. It can reach high into the sky. Being naturally short, I find I can get a little jealous of his view 🙂

But seeing an animal like this can also give one a new perspective — the fact that sometimes we really need to find a different view of things. Look outside yourself at what is happening all around. And, also to look inside yourself for a better view at what your heart is telling you.

Seeing this creature also provides me with a goal of reaching new heights. I know I’ll never be as tall as a giraffe, but that doesn’t mean I can’t make and surpass goals and dreams that I set. Sometimes I might set the dreams too low, so I’ve got to remember to keep reaching up and out.
