Be aware that the cicadas and crickets were in fine form today, and speaking louder thanthe teachers sometimes. Well, perhaps we should just listen to what they have topreach
. 🙂

I SUGGEST THAT YOU POSITION YOUR ZAFUON THE FLOOR IN A PLACE WHERE YOU ARE NOT STARING DIRECTLY AT THECOMPUTER SCREEN, BUT CAN GLANCE OVER AND SEE THE SCREEN WHEN NECESSARY.YOUR ZAFU SHOULD ALSO BE IN A POSITION WHERE YOU CAN SEE THE COMPUTERSCREEN WHILE STANDING IN FRONT OF THE ZAFU FOR THE CEREMONIES.

ALSO, REMEMBER TO SET YOUR COMPUTER (& SCREEN SAVER) SO THAT IT DOES NOT SHUT OFF DURING THE 6 HOURS.

PLEASE JOIN US AND SIT-A-LONG or, as they say in French … s’il vous plaît avoir un siège :D

___________

VERSE OF ATONEMENT:

All harmful acts, words and thoughts, ever committed by me since of old,

On account of beginningless greed, anger and ignorance,

Born of my body, mouth and mind,

Now I atone for them all

FOUR VOWS:

To save all sentient beings, though beings numberless

To transform all delusions, though delusions inexhaustible

To perceive Reality, though Reality is boundless

To attain the Enlightened Way, a Way non-attainable
