Southern Catholic College finally opens in GA
We are very excited to welcome our first class," said Jeremiah Ashcroft, president of Southern Catholic. "We also are very thankful for all the support we have received to bring the vision of a college that would inspire students to learn and grow academically and spiritually to reality."
Seventy-four students from 16 states, including as far away as California, Minnesota, and Massachusetts, and their families arrived this weekend for the college’s orientation. Half of the group is from Georgia.
The first crop of students will be freshmen, as the college plans to add one year of college each year until Southern Catholic becomes a four-year college.
