See, here’s one thing I learned today.
In one’s attempt to keep the baby’s attention high and mouth shut, it’s normal to try to point things out and build anticipation for what’s coming.
But now I know it’s not a good idea to whisper "Bells, listen for the bells" in the buildup to the Consecration.
Because, you know, when something happens that you’re excited about, if you’re almost two, you will probably scream about it.
