Do you not see the difference between the Bible and Catholicism? When the Bible says that all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God, it means it! That includes Mary and the pope. I mean if Mary had no sin then why did she say “my spirit hath rejoiced in God my saviour.” (Luke 1:46-47) Why would she need a saviour if she was sinless? So that is why when the Bible says “For by GRACE are ye saved through FAITH; and that NOT OF YOURSELVES: it is the GIFT of God: NOT of works, lest any man should boast.” (Eph 2:8-9) And the Catholic Church teaches that it’s by faith AND works, we see a RELIGION that is sending people to hell. Also just because the Catholic Church has been around for so long, it doesn’t mean that it’s approved by God. The devil has been around a lot longer than the Catholic Church, and I don’t hear you calling him good. You don’t have to listen to me or any priest about what the Bible says, (1 John 2:27) look it up yourself, I gave you the verses. “Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.” (Isa. 1:18) Ever have to work for a gift?
