(or any authors, for that matter, since most of us have the same complaint..)

Word from the floor at Book Expo America is that the Doubleday display has no marketing material for the Pope’s book. A copy of the book itself was spied, but that’s it. No posters, no stand-ups, nothing.

So you know…if the Pope can’t inspire his publisher’s marketing department…I guess the rest of us are surely doomed!

(Although Crossroads is apparently making up for it with a big cut-out of the Pope to advertise John Zmirak’s new book.)
