Counter person serves me my fruit cup, gives me my change then whips around to her co-worker and continues their conversation:  "So, if you’re still talking on the phone, who do you tell your parents you’re talking to?"

A woman who carried a purse shaped like a bustier, says in answer to her companion’s questions about how she’s doing, (Sigh) "You know, I know that my art is important because I’m enabling women to share their stories and it’s empowering…so I’m just going to keep looking for venues, and hoping for the best."

Me too, sister, she said as she scribbled away..Me too.
