Today, perhaps we could pray for all of the severly disabled in our midst, and pray for those who care for them. In gratitude for their lives, their strength, and their witness to the sanctity of life. And, if we sense the urgings of the Spirit on this score, pray for the courage ourselves to step in and help – to ease the burdens of those walking this challenging road of fidelity and love.
