The word I got is, "7:39". Which I presume is Eastern time. So if you live in Central, I guess that means..I don’t know. I know Today repeats itself, but I"m not sure what hours….
Update:
Here’s what happened:
A freelance crew of two came up from Indy – why? Because the local affiliates don’t have the personnel/skills to do it, and these guys (a father-son) do more and more of this kind of work because most local affiliates are in the same boat.
They took about 30-40 minutes to set up. I casually, yet artfully arranged copies of De-Coding and it translations on the bookshelf that would be behind me in the shot.
Every shoot must have a catch, and this one involved the telephone line between the producer and me. The crew was taping the entire thing on our end, but the producer in LA was asking me questions over a speaker phone (theirs) that was connected to our phone line. I could hear him fine, but he said I kept cutting out. So, in order for him to hear me, I sort of felt the need to speak loudly. Which I didn’t need to do for the mike, of course. So I fear the total effect is of me yelling.
But then the other talking head in the feature is Bill Donohue. So, all things being relative, you probably won’t be able to hear me after all.
