Ramesh Ponnuru also posted a critique at The Corner, but I can’t find it right now, and it’s time to retire. Speaking of retirement, every time I get ready to blog something about this Court vacancy, something else happens – the Presidents asks us to stop picking on his friend Gonzalez, etc..and now rumors of another resignation tomorrow.
