I heard something – a loud THUMP/CRASH in the middle of the night, but because it was the middle of the night, I wasn’t sure.

I don’t think the owners even know yet – there was no one out there (this was one parking lot down, and I have no idea who the owners are). I feel badly for them – they’re in for a pretty wretched surprise this morning..
