In Colorado, a family says good-bye to a son for whom they cared for decades

The Eloes, devout members of the Catholic Church who always brought Thomas to services, wouldn’t change anything about their son’s life. Marilyn was firm that her son’s situation was meant to be and that Thomas’ disabilities worked over the years to keep the family close.

“God blessed our lives, and Tom blessed our lives,” she said.
