Ohio Heartbeat Bill: Why the Delay? Speaker Batchelder Holding Up Vote
June 22, 2011 – Sub HB 125, Ohio’s Heartbeat Bill, to protect unborn babies with a detectable heartbeat from abortion, remains in limbo as House Speaker William Batchelder continues delay in bringing it to the floor of the full House for a vote.
Time is running out.
The General Assembly will recess for the summer soon.
With a majority of 50 co-sponsors and overwhelming grassroots support, Ohio’s Heartbeat Bill, deserves a vote in the General Assembly!

Medina Co, Franklin Co, Hamilton Co, Marion Co, Union Co, Logan Co, Champaign Co, Shelby & Auglaize Co.
