Sinners steal from another Cleveland church

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –

An investigation is underway after sinners ransacked a Catholic church. This is the second Cleveland church targeted by thugs this week.  The thieves hit Holy Name Church on Broadway Avenue in Slavic Village.  Suspects stole the Tabernacle. The Eucharist was still inside. It was valued at nearly $20,000.

Earlier this week, thieves targeted the Episcopal Trinity Cathedral and stole chalices and other rare items, some dating back to 1845. The stolen goods worth up to $100,000 dollars.
