No body wants the King James Bible 1611 Destroyed More than Satan!
Watchwoman: I used to read the Roman Catholic Bible, then the Living Bible, next the New International Version (NIV), New American Standard (NASB), onto the New King James (NKJV), but then I learned the TRUTH about all these and other translations of the Bible and now I only read and study the Geneva and King James 1611! These are the only two translations of the Bible that I trust. All the rest are despicable, pathetic, apostasies that frequently deny Jesus Christ as God, the Second Person of the Holy Trinity — and that’s only one example of their evil misconceptions. The latest excuse is to placate Muslims by removing the word “Son” as associated with Jesus Christ, as God’s only begotten Son — because the Muslim’s god, Allah never had any children! I adjure you, stop this nonsense! How can you witness to save a Muslim if you don’t speak the TRUTH to him? Christ is the TRUTH! Another example is New International Version (NIV), a terrible translation. The New King James and New American Standard are dreadful too. Pastor Ernie Sanders of Doers of the Word Church < www.WRWL.org > will only distribute the King James Bible 1611 to prisoners in Ohio jails — and guess what, many of them are nearly illiterate — and guess what — they can understand the King James Bible. So if that’s your excuse, you’ll have to think up another one. Moreover, I have heard Pastor Sanders testify that these poor unfortunate souls in prisons not only benefited in their spirits and souls by getting saved, they prospered to learn how to read! They went from low-level grade school readers to a high school level of reading in a very short period of time! I strongly urge you to please check out the hundreds of web sites supporting King James Bible 1611 only. The following is the words of just one of the authors of such a site who writes:
“Here you will find information regarding the King James Bible and the Bible Version issue, a subject that should be of the highest concern to the Christian. ”
“It is my belief that the KJV, originally known as the Authorized Version, first published in the year 1611, is God’s word in the English language without admixture of error. This site is here to help tell you why I believe that. At one time I read and studied with a New International Version, and I hope that after spending some time learning about this issue that the truth about the multiplicity of versions will be revealed to you as it was to me.”
“It is important to recognize that this is not a “fundamentalist,” “Baptist,” or any other “ist” issue. This is a personal heart issue every Christian must settle for themselves. What is your final authority?”

Bible Translator Criticized Over Word Substitution
by The Associated Press -April 26, 2012
One of the largest Bible translators in the world is undergoing an independent review after critics claimed language in some of their translations intended for Muslim countries misses the essential Christian idea of Trinity: the father, son and the holy spirit or ghost.
Critics argue that using words like “Messiah” instead of “Son” and “Lord” instead of “Father” badly distorts the doctrine, in which God is said to be one being in three persons.
“If you remove ‘son,’ you have to remove ‘father,’ and if you remove those, the whole thread of the scriptures from Genesis to Revelation is unraveled,” said the Rev. Georges Houssney, the president of Horizons International, a Christian organization that works extensively with Muslims and himself a translator of the Bible into Arabic.
Orlando, Fla.-based Wycliffe Bible Translators argues the translations have never been about avoiding controversy, but choosing words that most accurately reflect the Gospels: Some concepts relating God to family members don’t make sense in some cultures, so the language needs to reflect that.
“People are saying we’re trying to do translation work that’s not offensive to Muslims, and that’s just not true,” Wycliffe CEO Bob Creson said. “We are committed to the accurate translation of God’s word. That is our highest value.”

Would you take a magic marker to your Bible and cross out words from passages?
Welcome to the Amazing Westcott and Hort Magic Marker Binge!
The chart below illustrates what was done when the text used by Christianity for 1800 years was replaced with a text assembled by Brook Foss Westcott and Fenton John Anthony Hort in the nineteenth century and used as the basis for the English Revised Version, which nearly all modern translations closely follow.
The text shown here is the King James Version. Words, sentences, or entire verses in strikethrough illustrate portions that have been removed from the text underlying the KJV New Testament. Not all modern versions are the same. Sometimes the ESV will include a word the NIV doesn’t, or the NASB might omit a phrase the NIV and NRSV both retain, etc… but for the most part, the examples below represent nearly all of the popular modern versions. (Psudeo-KJV versions such as the NKJV are far more subtle and are a different case. See the articles section for NKJV examinations.)
Compare your modern version and see what the KJV has that yours doesn’t. This list is not comprehensive, it is just a sample! The modern critical text that forms the basis for nearly all modern versions omits the equivalent of the entire books of 1st and 2nd Peter.
Critics commonly charge that the traditional Bible text used by believers for 1800 years adds material, and that we should be thankful for Westcott and Hort who came along in the 19th century to restore the text of the New Testament that had been corrupt for 1800 years and during the entire reformation. This charge is of course made against evidence to the contrary, as you will find if you research the text lines (read other articles on this website). Further, it is interesting to note that one of these verses is this:
Romans 13:9: For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
The phrase “thou shalt not bear false witness” is missing from the modern critical text (and therefor most modern versions). Now I ask you: is it reasonable to assume that a scribe added a self-incriminating phrase to the passage? Isn’t it more likely that “those who corrupt the word of God” (2 Cor. 2:17, KJV) removed the phrase which indicted them?
Now on to Westcott and Hort’s Magic Marker Binge!
