relationship
Many of us long for love, whether it’s the love of a parent, spouse, boyfriend, girlfriend, husband or wife or just the love that comes with friendship. With any relationship, there should be love.
Once a relationship starts, there should automatically be the trust factor between the boyfriend and girlfriend. The boyfriend should make the effort to love, trust and understand anything and everything about his girlfriend. He needs to let her know that he loves her, and it’s not just by buying gifts, either. He should tell her every chance he gets, that he loves and cares about her. Likewise, the girlfriend, should be there for her boyfriend in the same way he is there for her.
That doesn’t mean just making dinner after he has had a long day. It means washing his clothes, letting him have time to himself and allowing him to find himself. Always tell each other you love each other, even when it can be hard to be around each other. Love means never letting go, despite the hard times.  You never know when God could call any one of us home.
In any relationship, there should be that mutual trust and respect for one another. If anyone has a problem with someone, remember the most important thing is to talk it out calmly with the person. There is that rule of never going to bed angry. Everyone deserves a chance to calm down before they talk something out in a relationship. But if anyone lets something boil over for too long, it could potentially ruin the relationship.
There’s also that rule of being careful what you say. Always ask God for guidance as to what you should say something, how you should discuss any situation, and even how you should approach any situation that arises with your significant other, husband or wife.
If you love someone, you always stick by him or her, no matter what they go through. It is a two-way-street for both the boyfriend and the girlfriend, husband and wife. You understand their feelings and help them figure out what to do when they’re stressed. They understand your feelings and help you become a better person. Make your boyfriend or girlfriend, husband or wife feel like they can talk to you about anything. Don’t come off as being the one who knows how to fix everything in both of your lives either. That could drive a wedge in between you and your significant other.  Give them encouragement, strength and calm their fears. Help them to conquer whatever comes their way. If you stick by them, most likely they will stick by you as well. Always have a way to understand each other.
Never let them walk through their journey alone. If they say that they can walk through a situation that they’re going through alone, never let them walk it alone — always be there for them through anything and everything. Lending them your strength during the difficult times will make them love you even more and will give them the strength to go on through the hard times, whether it’s school, work, or life in general. The boyfriend and the girlfriend, husbands and wives should always try to make his or her significant other feel like the most special person in the world.
Taking care of each other is a two-way-street, too. As long as both of them are completely committed to each other, if one of them is sick, both parties can help make each other feel better. They should make each other smile when they’re having a hard day, and they can easily make their significant other’s heart soar by surprising them by showing up at school unexpectedly or giving them flowers.
As Valentine’s Day has come and gone for another year, hopefully your significant other made you feel special by doing something as simple as making dinner or doing the laundry. Or, maybe they did something as extravagant as taking you out for dinner and a movie and dancing.
It shouldn’t matter about the gifts and the material possessions that we can get on Valentine’s Day. It’s all about spending another special day with that special someone you love.
God never intended for man to be alone, that is why He created women. For out of man’s ribs she was created.  Genesis 2: 22 Then the LORD God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man. 23 The man said, “This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called ‘woman,’ for she was taken out of man.” 24 That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh.”
God puts certain people in our lives for very specific reasons. Don’t be afraid to start looking past the friendship you may have built with someone, and tell them that your feelings have grown stronger towards them. God will lead you to know whether he or she is the right person to move forward with.
Everyone longs to be loved and to have the friendship and relationship with someone who knows them better than anyone else. There is nothing wrong with longing for and searching for that type of everlasting love. Just make sure you find the right person and that you are loving each other for the right reasons. Never give up on your dreams of finding “the one”. Once you find them, you’ll know.
