Think back to your childhood.  What did you want to be when you “grew up”? A police man, teacher, pastor, or  doctor? Or maybe an astronaut, or senator.

I believe the best kind of dreams are the ones you have as a child, the dreams that stay with you and shape the person you become.

When I was a child I wanted to be a veterinarian,  but that wasn’t my calling.  I have been given a compassionate heart for all animals and I am thankful for it.

As long as dreams live, the soul flourishes.

Right this very moment I dream that I will run again some day. And I will.

What are your dreams?

Quotes on followng your dreams:

I have spread my dreams beneath your feet. Tread softly because you tread on my dreams.
W.B. Yeats

Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you have imagined.
Henry David Thoreau

Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world.
Harriet Tubman

Reach high, for stars lie hidden in your soul. Dream deep, for every dream precedes the goal.
Pamela Vaull Starr

All men dream but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity; but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dream with open eyes to make it possible.
T.E. Lawrence
