every now and then. I was re-introduced to it by a lovely Reiki practitioner in

Sandra adds these suggestions: “To use as a daily mediation,
say the meditation beginning with ‘I’, then expand out to loved ones, a mentor,
someone who is challenging to you, then to the community,  the country, and the world. Add as many
names, groups, and intentions as desired.”
