They are human and make mistakes like we all do. The pressures of fame are immense and some celebrities like to show their emotion and let their true feelings out no matter what on social media or during interviews. Some choose to do it for the good of humanity, while some use their stardom to embrace controversy. A lifestyle of instant gratification and privilege creates the perfect storm for some stars. When it comes to arrogance, some stars wear it proudly and some just hide it. We don't have to agree with celebrities or like them, although the antics of some stars are questionable. But we can't look away as we are drawn into their drama by an intoxicating power and the unforeseeable consequences of their actions. Here are 6 over-the-top celebrities that we love to watch. If we're are honest, we want them to be bad.

Courtney Love

Punk rocker Courtney Love was known to do drugs like cocaine, LSD and heroin while pregnant with Frances Bean. She was the wife of the late Kurt Cobain where fans still condemn her for his death over 20 years ago. Love made headlines for doing absurd things in the past like revealing her breasts to an audience and jumping on David Letterman’s desk. She punched singer Kathleen Hanna in the face during a Lollapalooza tour and was assigned to anger management classes. During the MTV Video Music Awards in 1995, while Madonna was being interviewed, Love threw her compact towards the Material Girl. "Courtney Love is in dire need of attention right now,” Madonna responded. No matter what, Love does move to her own beat. “Being famous is just like being in high school. But, I’m not interested in being the cheerleader. I’m not interested in being Gwen Stefani. She’s the cheerleader and I’m out in the smoker shed.”

Kathy Griffin

Comic Kathy Griffin loves to insult people no matter who they are. She created a firestorm among Christians when she denounced her Catholic faith. “A lot of people come up here and thank Jesus for this award. I want you to know that no one had less to do with this award than Jesus. Suck it, Jesus! This award is my God now," she said during the 2007 Emmy Awards. Griffin also called the Catholic Church “stupid." She didn't make any more friends when she showed images of President Donald Trump's severed head for a joke. "A sitting president of the United States and his grown children and the first lady are personally trying to ruin my life forever,” Griffin said after the images were taken offline. CNN fired her as co-host of their annual New Year's Eve program and she's not laughing anymore.

Alec Baldwin

Actor Alec Baldwin likes to get into scuffs with the press. In one instance, Baldwin was approached by a Daily News photographer and it became an altercation. “He comes after me, starts shoving and punching me,” the photographer said. “And then he started shoving me and pushing me. He lunged at me like a raging bull.” Baldwin also stood up to support friend Kathy Griffin on social media after her Trump controversy. Alec Baldwin played President Donald Trump on "Saturday Night Live," was pretty funny on the show. Yet, he had some choice words for the president. Baldwin Tweeted: "No 1 believes u meant 2 threaten Trump. Trump is such a senile idiot, all he has is Twitter fights. Ignore him," he encouraged. At least, Baldwin used Twitter for his rage.

Bill O'Reilly

Former Fox News host Bill O’Reilly was accused of sexual harassment and the mistreatment of employees, which produced a firestorm of controversy. According to published reports, the total amount paid by Fox or O’Reilly was estimated to be $13 million to keep the cases from going to court. The network finally cut ties after another woman made an allegation of sexual harassment. O’Reilly is known to loose his temper and flex his power to get what he wants. He explained on the O'Reilly.com podcast that he was surprised how it played out: "I can tell you that I’m very confident the truth will come out, and when it does, I don’t know if you’re going to be surprised — but I think you’re going to be shaken, as I am. There’s a lot of stuff involved here," he said.

Kanye West

Rapper Kanye West is always making people upset with his comments, so we had to add him to our list. He has compared himself to the Apostle Paul and went on a tirade during a concert, which made no sense. "I am putting my career, my life, my public well-standing at risk when I talk to Y'all like this," West said. “Beyoncé, I was hurt, cause I heard that you said you wouldn’t perform unless you won [VMA] Video of the Year over me, over Hotline Bling.” He also famously said: "George Bush doesn’t care about black people," during a telethon in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. West does have an ego for sure. How can we forget him interrupting Taylor Swift at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards? Ouch!
