MC Hammer had the same problem as other previously poor people who get almost suddenly rich by fame or by winning the lottery. They think wealth will be there forever. I think he told the devil: You ‘Can’t Touch This’, but lo and behold, the devil had his traps set up in many different, almost invisible places. MC surrounded himself with bad advisers, he never worked to gain some practical wisdom, and he got something I called the “savior” complex. When some people come across some money they try to “save” everyone from their own poor situations, by giving them money they didn't earn and don't know how to manage. People will flock after “saviors” with money. But, like MC Hammer, “saviors” will end up poor themselves, back again, and none of those they saved will come back to save them. True.
