After 13 years of marriage, Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale are pulling the plug ont heir vows. Gwen filed for divorce due to irrenconcilable differences however, reports are saying Gavin was unfaithful and cheating on Gwen. There are also rumors that the couple have not gotten along for awhile and Gavin's touring schedule, with his band Bush, has brought on a lot of arguments. The couple have three sons together - Kingston, nine, Zuma, six, and Apollo, 17-months-old.

The couple announced their separation in a join statment saying, "While the two of us have come to the mutal decision that we will no longer be partners in marriage, we remain partners in parenthood and are committed to jointly raising our three sons in a happy and healthy environment." The couple did not agree on a prenuptial agreement before tying the knot in September 2002 - which means per California law each party is entitled to half of their community property. Gwen is reportedly worth $80 million, while Gavin is approximately worth $35 million.

After four years years, country's favorite couple is calling it quits. Shelton filed for divorce in Oklahoma and sources are saying there will be no financial arrangements to work out because there was already a prenup in place. Sources have also said Shelton will keep the couple's home in Oklahoma and Lambert will get the home they own in Nashville.

The couple released a statement saying, "This is not the future we envisioned and it is with a heavy heart that we move forward seperately. We are real people, with real lives, with real family, friends and collegaues. Therefore, we kindly ask for privacy and compassion concerning this very personal matter." The couple met a CMT concert while Shelton was still married to his first wife Kanyette Williams.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner

Days after their ten year wedding anniversary, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have announced that they are getting a divorce. "After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to divorce," the couple tells People Magazine in a joint statement. "We go forward with love and friendship for one another and a commitment to co-parenting our children whose privacy we ask to be respected during this difficult time. This will be our only comment on this private, family matter. Thank you for understanding."

The two first met while filming Pearl Harbor in 2001, then reconnected while filming Daredevil in 2003 - the couple started dating soon afterward. The couple have three kids - Violet, 9, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 3.
