Above the Line
Coach Urban Meyer is considered one of the best college football coaches of all time. The head coach of the Ohio State Buckeyes turned the 2014 season into an historical achievement. Plagued with injuries, death of a player, and early-season losses—Meyer watched his team fall from the Top 20. His passion pushed the team through to finish with College Football playoff Championship. Meyer’s shares his lessons on how to create a culture of success by building motivation, and relationships regardless of where we are in life.
He wrote in Above the Line: “Every day is a battle for how you will live your life: in Above the Line or Below the Line. Above the Line behavior is intentional, purposeful, and skillful. Below the Line behavior is impulsive, on autopilot and resistant.”
