Stay Hydrated
Make your return home healthy as well. Make sure you drink plenty of bottled water when you travel and avoid tap water. If you are drinking alcohol, make sure you hydrate. Dehydration happens when the body looses water with more liquid coming out of the body through our cells than what we are taking in. What happens is your body has to work harder to cool off, to ward off infections, and to fight fatigue. Other symptoms of dehydration are sleepiness, thirst, dry mouth, dry skin, headaches, and dizziness. This is your body alerting you. If you feel any of these symptoms drink plenty of fluids.
