“For God did not send His son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him.” John 3:17

As a Christian, I recognize Jesus Christ as King of Kings, the Messiah, Emmanuel, Lord and Savior, and the Bread of Life, among other names. John 8:12 tells us that Jesus is the light of the world. Whoever follows Him will not walk in darkness, but have the light of life. While I celebrate Jesus and the ways He has been a light in my life, I recognize that there are many people who are lost in a world of darkness who know little about the joy that comes from accepting Jesus Christ into their lives and claiming His Salvation. Here are five things I wish everyone knew about the son of God.
