Mission
Each angel has a mission on earth. God relies on his messengers to serve mankind. In the Old and New Testaments there is proof revealing angels communicating to individuals – such examples are Abraham, Moses, Jacob, Gideon, Daniel, the Virgin Mary, Zechariah, and Joseph. Angels take care of the people on earth and help those that are experiencing crisis.
In the Bible, angels are characterized as “ministering spirits” and offer human beings consolation when it’s needed most. Think about it – in the Garden of Gethsemane an angel is sent down to comfort Jesus during his period of agony. And throughout sacred Scripture it’s identified that each of us have our own angel that constantly watches over us in a special way. Angels play many roles – all of them are very important.
