Keep it in Perspective
Sometimes our damaging situations can feel overwhelming; the stormy weather is all day and won’t quit.
Keep the ‘bad’ in perspective. Meaning, try to find why and where this fits in your life and ask if it is really as bad as it seems.
When we’re dealing with a crisis, we often get tunnel vision, focused on the problem (the problem), and how it’s affecting us. When in the grand scheme of things, life is just a little rocky, a bump in the road. It’s not a huge boulder or 20-car pileup. Again, keep it in perspective.
