"Sometimes What You're Looking for is Right in Front of Your Face"
It's easy to get wrapped up in living - housework, family, career and everything else that's added on top of that. Most days can feel like a repeat of yesterday and unfortunately we become so overwhelmed that we forget what is right in front of our face.
Try to break away from the monotony and refresh your surroundings by evaluating what you have in the present. A friend may be suffering and you're unaware because you're buried in work. Or the joy that you're seeking out, in other places, could be in front of you and all you need to do is open your eyes. Take time to appreciate what you have and to come up for air.
