Appreciate Yourself
Step Seven: Before going to sleep, give thanks. Pat yourself on the back! Today you created moments to breath, moments of inner peace, “Ahh” moments. You took time to visualize achieving your current goal. You made yourself a priority to start your day. You practiced good energy hygiene and released any energetic junk that was hitchhiking. You refocused your thoughts and kept it positive. You made your soul smile and you took a step to make your dream a reality. “Ahh”…. You did it!
These steps take just a few minutes each day. You can easily incorporate them into your daily routine: your commute to and from work, your lunch break, etc. With a little practice they become part of the routine, take up no additional time, but can make all the difference. You will find it easier to make it through the challenging times. You will find yourself calmer, happier and less affected by the stresses of daily life. When you are going through a rocky patch, it will still be rocky. But you will have moments every day where you get a little relief, a breather, an “Ahh” moment that you can treasure and rely on to get you through.
