Clairsentience

Clairsentience is the ability to feel emotions, moods and energy about people, objects and places. Clairsentients feel so much they tend to be prone to anxiety or panic attacks.

If you’re Clairsentient, it’s imperative that you learn psychic protection techniques such as shielding with white light energy. You might want to avoid crowds too. Clairsentients tend to be highly empathic - meaning they carry people’s emotions with them and absorb the moods of others.

In order to strengthen this ability, you can wear or hold a Citrine or Clear Quartz. Clairsentience is governed by the Solar Plexus chakra, so any yoga work that focuses on this area such as Warrior or Boat Pose will help.

Clairvoyance

Clairvoyance is the ability to see things in your mind’s eye. Clairvoyants will often see deceased people in their inner mind but most often this ability is expressed through signs and symbols.

Many Clairvoyants also see sparks of light out of the corners of their eye. These are often our loved ones, guides and angels.
