Assign Each Couple/Family
Break down your the meal: appetizers, main course, side dishes, salads, desserts, along with liquor, wines and soft drinks. You may want to offer to make the main course - the turkey or goose. Then let your guests pick the foods that they love to make; some may want to bring more than one dish. Make sure that everyone is aware of the head count and prepare a check-list to ensure that all necessary courses are covered.
