We love the fall, the food, and Thanksgiving. It’s a time of year to practice what we are grateful for, even when things are not going our way. Gratitude helps our mental health and helps our immune systems remain healthy. When you’re positive and thankful, our lives seem to take on new life. Here’s some food for thought for Thanksgiving.
