Failure is Misunderstood and Perfection is Overrated
Adolescence is a time of growth - embrace it, fail, grow, fail and grow again. The teenage years are called a part of ‘growing up’ for a reason. In these years every single individual is learning and becoming who they are meant to be. In the world today of social media, selfies, photoshopping, multiple sports, honors classes, etc. it is easy to lose sight of the fact that ‘perfection’ is an illusion. What is real is failing while learning and learning to fail and growing from that. There is nothing learned from perfection. There is however, much to be learned from periods of growth.
