All children want to fit in with the “cool kids” - whether they are six or sixteen, this urge will never disappear. While fitting in can be a good thing for your child’s self esteem, often times it leads to
peer pressure
to do many no-so-good things along the way. Drugs, alcohol, stealing, vandalism - all timeless hurdles that nearly every child will encounter at one point or another. While we want to shelter our kids from all of life’s evils - it isn’t always the most logical thing to do.
