INGREDIENTS:
TO PREPARE:
1. Butter a 9 x 12 x 2-inch baking dish.
2. Place four flounder fillets on the bottom of the dish. Spread 1/2 teaspoon mustard on each; sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon dill and 1/8 of onions on each. Repeat with remaining fillets.
3. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
4. Bake.
Temperature: 350 degrees

- 2 teaspoons dried dill
- 8 green onions, thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
