- 6 ounces fresh salmon, poached (may substitute 1 (6-1/2 ounce) can salmon plus 2 Tablespoons liquid)
- 1 Tablespoon capers
- 4 green onions, diced, with tops discarded
- 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
