INGREDIENTS:
TO PREPARE:
While cream cheese softens at room temperature, prepare snow peas as follows: Rinse snow peas in running water. Strip peas. This makes it easy to open pod later to expose peas. Place pods in boiling water for 2 minutes. Rinse immediately with cold running water. Drain and pat dry with paper towels. With a sharp knife, slice open each pod. To the softened cream cheese, add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Put cream cheese mixture into bag or tube and fill each pod. Chill at least 1 hour. Frozen snow peas may be substituted only when fresh ones are not available.
