INGREDIENTS for Cake:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
4 Tablespoons cocoa
1 cup water
1 stick margarine
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
INGREDIENTS for Icing:
1 stick margarine, melted
1 box powdered sugar
4 Tablespoons cocoa
6 Tablespoons milk
1 Tablespoon vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
TO PREPARE:
Sift flour, sugar and cocoa together. Mix water, margarine and butter. Heat until the butter melts and add to dry mixture. Add lightly beaten eggs, buttermilk, baking soda and vanilla extract. Mix together. Spray bundt pan with Pam and bake at 400 degrees for twenty minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Mix melted margarine, powdered sugar, cocoa, milk, vanilla and chopped pecans together and pour icing over hot cake. Don't wait for a birthday, this is good any occasion. Just make sure you have the necessary ingredients and at least 45 minutes to prepare this cake!
