INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup dry sherry
2 Tablespoons sugar
4 Tablespoons grated ginger root
4 large garlic cloves, crushed
2 Tablespoons peanut oil
6 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned, and boned
TO PREPARE:
Combine all ingredients except chicken. Pour mixture over chicken, cover, and marinate in refrigerator at least six hours. Turn chicken in marinade about every two hours. Remove chicken from marinade. Grill over charcoal about ten to fifteen minutes or until done. Cool and chill two hours.
