INGREDIENTS:
2 cups uncooked rice
1/2 pint sour cream
1/2 cup salad oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 cup chopped parsley
1 can (4 ounce) green chiles, chopped
1 pound sharp cheese, grated
2 fresh jalapenos, seeded and chopped (optional)
TO PREPARE:
Cook rice. When rice is tender, add all other ingredients. Mix well. Pour into large casserole and bake in 275 degree oven for 1 hour.
