Moriah Prichard thought her boyfriend Troy Goldschmidt was being pulled over in Eau Claire, Wisconsin for a routine traffic stop, but what she didn't know was that the whole thing was planned and that her boyfriend was about to propose to her. In the video, the officer asks Goldschmidt to step out of the car after there was "an issue with his license plate." When Goldschmidt steps out of the car, the police officer asks him "You all set?" Soon after, another police officer asks Moriah to step out of the car as well, telling her that there was just a small issue with Goldschmidt's license plate. While making small talk with the officer, Moriah turns around to see her boyfriend seemingly being put into handcuffs. The officer assures her that it was just a "routine thing" but when she turned around, Goldschmidt was on one knee proposing to her. Watch the sweet video below!
